This is a replacement OEM 8 cube infrared sensor controlled ice maker Manufactured by Whirlpool for Kenmore. The original part number is out of date at this time. The item for sale includes the ice maker and wiring harness only!! The mounting bracket is not included but is easily transferable from the old to the new replacement.  This is an original Whirlpool manufactured replacement part. Please read installation instructions carefully that will be sent via email after the sale!! For best results, please make sure you reset the on/off control board 4389102 according to those instructions!! If the emitter and receiver set are not 100% functional, the replacement ice maker will not perform as designed. If the ice maker system is 4 years+ is is strongly recommended that the ice maker and the control board be replaced together at this time. Matching triple solenoid valve and control board set is also available.
